Scottish Sailing Team & Squads
RYA Scotland's Performance Pathway offers three progressive programmes for sailors aiming to reach national and international success.
Selection for each programme is managed by the RYA Scotland Selection Panel and ratified by the RYA Scotland Performance Committee. Squad / Team sizes vary by ability and class depth, and some places may be allocated based on performance at key events or other criteria. Athletes may also be invited to train alongside the squad when spaces arise or to support development.
